How long for 14mo wind down?

Hello, how long is the average time needed for an adequate wind-down for a 14 month old before naps and bed? Do you need the same length for both naps and bed? Thanks

I think that really depends on the child and their temperment. My kids all did better with super short wind downs which before a nap is just a diaper change, into grobag, lights off, in bed. Bedtime involves a few stories but otherwise is the same as the nap.
