he must was very short of sleep these two days, but mood is ok, somtimes he was quiet ,unlike days before. I am not sure how many sleep from 2:00~6:00am, must have some, otherwise he should breakdown before 8:30. If like him sleep as he want, it's odd as A is only 2 hours, but if follow a routine,  I worry about getting worse. result in much OT, besause such odd A.

If I judge wrong about his cues, but I put down him after 2.5 hrs, with a 45mins nap, why he fall sleep several minutes?if I don't put him down, he still play well. why he close his eyes when lunch, he never did it before, he always active at luch after a morning nap ,even a very short nap.
yesterday:
wu:6:16 (with NW 3:00AM, then sleep between 4~5am, 5~6:00 maybe small sleep)
s:8:40~9:40, I woke him
s:12:00~13:00
s: 16:30~17:00
BT:19:00, fall sleep at 19:13
today
wu:8:45~9:20 he wake himself
s:1208~
settled 7~8mins after put down

Hi hun. Sorry to hear about the bad nights. How old is your baby? You are probably right that he is tired sooner because of the bad night. He might have a lot of OT to catch up on. Have you tried just letting him have a long morning nap?

Thank you for your concern, I have another post to state recent days his sleep
how to arrange the naps if DS is LSN to avoid NW?

In our city, no sleep consultant, I don’t know how to do now

I see you are already getting a lot of great advice on your previous thread. Give me some time to read through it. Would you like to continue working on these issues there or stay on this thread? It is best to stick to one location and I would be happy to join in with support for you there itself.  :)
