Same nap time when lo wakes late in morning?

We have set nap and bedtimes here but sonetimes lo will sleep until 730/745 in rare occasion in morning. Nap time is usually 1245/1 but I'm wondering on those days if I should push it back to 130 and maybe cap it and wake by 230 and still do regular bedtime at 8

I used to PD at the same time and if she took longer to go to sleep she ended up with a shorter nap as I would wake in time for a normal BT x

Same here, I always found it is better to have consistent BT with shorter nap in order than LO keeps a solid night when they get the most of their sleep I hate inconsistency, it drives me nuts  .

He went down regular time for nap from 1-230 even after waking at almost 8 am! And also went down easy for bed at 8! I'm finding that putting him in crib a bit later than I used to at 730 and he falls asleep within minutes lately. It's no longer taking him 30 mins. Today he's already up at almost 7! So his mornings vary sometimes. I will still put him for nap normal time at 1 though. Just to be consistent or maybe 15 mins earlier if he's tired.

Now we are on a later schedule and can't get out of it! He was up at 815 today don't think he will nap until 130 instead of 1 or should I try ?

I would try usual time, and if you want to be on normal schedule then wake him in time for a normal bedtime or start tomorrow and wake him in the morning x

Yesterday I tried normal time but he didn't fall asleep until almost 130 slept until 3 was super cranky and took him a little longer to fall asleep at bed almost 830. I slept in today and couldn't believe he slept until 815!! Think I'll wake him tomorrow morning and get back on track

Well no nap today he refused ! Bedtime was 730 so we will see how tomorrow goes

And he's been going to sleep so well at night not taking him his usual 30+ mins he's asleep by 8/815 and morning he's been waking late which I think is the problem although he was also napping great all week 1-230 no troubles going down until yesterday and today. Today we  woke him at 745 and we did a lot of activities at the lake so I think he was just too wound up but he wouldn't go down for nap until 145 and my husband had to sit in room until he fell asleep took 30 mins. What time should I wake from nap? I think I need to start waking him by 730 latest in morning.

Day 3 can't get him to nap! I even woke him today by 730! What do I do? I tried at 1 it's now 130 still crying.

Get him up, go for a drive around 3ish, give him 20 mins and then an earlyish BT x

Ok I'll give it a try although he doesn't usually fall asleep in the car. Bedtime around 7?
