Mind if I join you? DD has found diary a bit constipating when we first tried, so we're trying to go slow with it now, having had a break. Cheese has always seemed to be ok so we kept that, lately doing cow's milk cooked in porridge which seems ok although I want to try it a bit longer before the next step, but what would that be? She's not allergic either, I think any intolerance probably due to an immature/irritated gut early on (bf oversupply/hindmilk/fore milk imbalance and possibly abx in labour?), she's been on probiotics for a couple of weeks which may also have helped. So after cooked milk - yoghurt??
