Yup! 4 hrs between feeds. 4 feeds and a dreamfeed. Usually the first morning feed and dream feed she isnt as fussy. Dreamfeed she is drinking quietly mostly because she is sleepy.

Omg....why does my child takes so long to settle for bed time? Really hope someone can shed some insight as i tried different things already like shortening/extending cat naps and shortening/extending A time before bed but my DD's day always end up 13 To 13.5 hrs long. Could she be a LSN baby?

Today's EASY looks like this:

5:10am she wakes up (every day she wakes before 6am for past 3 months)

5:40am get her up

6:00am eat

7:38am nap for 1 hr 25min

9:07am woke up to go see dr

11:06am eat - ate late cuz we had a dr's appt

1120am nap for 1 hr 15 min

12:40pm woke up...A time

2:00pm Eat

3:05am cat nap for 35mins

3:40pm woke up...A time

5:00pm Eat

5:50pm put in crib awake. Tried to keep her day under 13 hrs but not working :(

6:55pm finally fell asleep by herself. No crying. Just rolled in crib until tired and fell asleep. This is almost 3.5 hrs of awake time before bed! Yikes!

Seems like 5am waking and 7pm bedtime is in grained in her internal clock.

What can i do to keep her day to 12.5 hrs or less? She doesnt seem to want to go to bed before 13 hrs.

TIA!!!
