Hi everyone and thanks for viewing I really hope for your help.

Now the thing is my daughter was 3.5 months when i first started TRYING to introduce EASY and since she's been nursing pretty much whenever she wanted almost every 1.5-2hour, so I thought I would put her on a 2.5hour EASY so that it's not too stressful for her. Before EASY she was sleeping quite well from 10pm to 6am without any night feeds, but these last 3-4 days she started waking at 3-4am and there's no way I can soothe her back to sleep without nursing((((

Now here's her routine these last few days.

6am wakes and nurses, falls back to sleep till around 7:30am

8am EAT bf
8:30-9:30 ACTIVITY
9:30-10:00 SLEEP (yes, she's a catnapper and nothing seems to work for extending her naps :( if you can help with advice please do...)
10:30 EAT bf
11:00-12:00 ACTIVITY
12:00-12:30 SLEEP
1pm EAT bf
1:30-2:30 ACTIVITY
2:30-3:00 SLEEP
3:30 EAT bf
4:00-5:00 ACTIVITY
5:00-5:30 SLEEP
6:00 EAT bf
6:30-7:30 ACTIVITY
7:30 bath
7:50/8:00pm EAT bottle 120ml
8:15/8:30pm SLEEP
11pm dreamfeed , which is never more than 5min of bf
4am-ish started waking to feed((

My question is: how can I eliminate the 4am night feed? What shall I do if she wakes and cries hungry?

And is there anything I can try other than shsh pat to extend the naps?

Sorry for making this too long and I know this is quite a difficult case and that's why I desperately need your help and any advice.

A big THANK YOU in advance.

She is so little, I would just feed at 4am. It's fine.

I agree.  There's a big growth spurt at this age and it's normal to pick up an extra night feed :)

In terms of naps is she an independent sleeper?  Would she go down a bit earlier for her first nap?  30 mins is often over tiredness.  Then after a short nap it may be worth trying a bit shorter A time.  I'd also bring BT a touch earlier x
