Our days were:
Up 7:00am
Nap 1:00-2:45pm
Bed 8:00pm, asleep by 8:15/30
I tried capping and that never went well so I let him nap fully until 2:45/3:00pm. Recently we are back to short naps, waking screaming, and crying NW and EW. It's only been 2 days of this so I'm wanting to catch it before he goes too deep and get into UT/OT mess.
Our last few days have been roughly:
Up 6:30 (lay until 7:00)
Nap 1:00/1:15-2:00 (about an hour and waking horribly upset)
BT 7:45 (8:00/8:30)
And then NW around 1:00 and 4:00am crying but resettles himself.
He did another 10 hour night last night and short nap today and woke screaming and won't resettle. I'll try for 7:15pm BT to keep day at 13hours. Once he does a good night, should I focus on shifting the nap forward to 1:30pm to hope for a longer, more well rested nap?
