I have no idea any more!!!  He had about an hour and half sleep earlier and I woke him up.  He is very happy now and playing lots.  We'll have some lunch and a play then I'll let him have a nap later.  How long would you recommend for the afternoon nap now he has had 1 1/2 hours this morning?  1/2 hour?

Personally I would do a shorter nap (30-45mins) so you are more likely to get him down for an early night.
