That is probably about right but you could try adding 5-10 mins to see if it helps. Is he napping in a dark room (very dark)? Is he swaddled? Do you know what happens when he wakes up (i.e. does he 'jolt' awake)?

My 4 1/2 month boy has a doody for naps and bt he's on easy routine but he wakes a lot during the night and I have to keep putting his doody back in his routine goes like this:

Wake up 8am Bottle 7oz
Nap 10am
Wake 11.30-12 bottle 7oz
1.30 small spoon feed just trying few spoons
Sleep 2
Wake 3.30-4 bottle 7oz
5.30-6 cat nap wakes 35-40 min
Bottle 7.30-8 bt
Dream feed 10pm 5oz

Is there any problems in his routine his nap time varies between 1.30 min to 2 hours he has reflux but not bad he has gaviscon and it helps. Is it the doody waking him he's very unsettled at night he wakes every 2-3 hours should I stop the doody but I find it hard to get him to sleep without it he crys a lot my lg was on easy to and had a doody and she didn't wake at night. I swaddle him in a woombie also any help much appreciated sometimes he does wake during naps about 35-40 min and I have to put the doody back in
