My boy is 9 months old, according to internet, babies at his age should sleep:
2 naps, 2~3hours, 11hours at night, so total is 13~14 hours/day
He:
2 naps, 2.5~3.5hours/day, 9.5hours or less at night, total is 12~13 hours or less/day
I know every baby is different, so I am wondering if his total sleep times is normal or my baby does sleep too less?
And his sleep pattern likes a cycle, after couple days with less sleep , he would take a big nap which makes 2 naps up to 4hours, then he wakes up and plays in the midnight for 1.5~2hours, so I am kind of know why he plays at midnight, but what can I do? Should I wake him up from the long nap? And I think the reason he has the long nap is he slept too less before, it got accumulated, if this is the case, I really don’t want to interrupt his sleep, and how come he does not sleep more at night, but at naps?
he is on 3hours and 45 mins ~ 4hours A time cycle, here I posted some of his E.A.S.Y, can anyone please tell me if there is something wrong or should be tweaked?
