Yesterday, being Saturday, I was able to do naps without having to do school runs. So I decided to do longer A times and see where we get.
He did:
7:20 WU
10:20 S
12:30 WU
3:30 S
5:30 WU
8pm BT and eventually got him to sleep by 8:45 (he fell asleep on my lap but then woke up again and needed help to go down again.
Then he woke at 11pm, 3:30am and woke up this morning at 7:20am again.
So today I am shooting for much the same.
If it works as well I will just have to see how else I can get around it with the school runs...
Oh and I moved his cot into his room today, so will see how that goes. He might sleep like a dream away from DH's snoring.
