Preventing OT and staying on track
« on: July 24, 2015, 05:23:36 am »
Hello!

DD has a doctor's appointment when she is supposed to be napping. She is on 3 hr 15 min Activity time as she is 7 months old. By the time we get home, she'll be up for 4 - 4.25 hrs. Her EASY vill look like this:

6:00am  W/u
6:15am Eat
9:45 am Dr. Appt., Eat
10:30am nap
12:00pm  w/u
12:30pm Eat
3:15pm nap
4:45pm W/u and Eat
7:00pm or 7:15pm in bed

Is this routine ok or how can I tweak it so she isn't OT by bedtime?

TIA! Any suggestions is greatly appreciated :)
