What should my 18 weeks EASY look like?
« on: August 15, 2015, 09:55:25 am »
I'm struggling to figure out if I'm doing the right things?! Keeping him up the right amount of time (usually 2 hours) and feeding correctly (usually every 3.5hrs). I would really appreciate some guidance on what an 18 week olds EASY 'should' look like?
Thank you in advance!!

At that age, it's important to follow their cues. Not all babies can go 4 hours between feeds or stay up 2 hours. Mine couldn't at least. We used to do 1 hour for the first A for the longest time and that was our one long & reliable nap. Could you share what your day is looking like at the moment? You could post it in EASY format for us to see..so,
E - 7
A - 2 hours
S - 9-10.30 and so on..

Apart from that, here are some sample routines
