I think I'd try going for close to her usual BT and see how it goes. From what you posted it seems that her nap was a touch later than usual? so that would give you a slightly shorter A time to BT wouldn't it? Maybe try bed around 6.45?

How is she coping now ?  If she's really tired then bring BT even earlier.

If she seems ok then maybe do 3hr-3hr15 A time from that last nap. So BT at 6.30-6.45. That's soon though isn't it!

She's yawning away but ebt is doable if I need to. In future would you let her sleep as long as she wants if she has another morning like that? X

I think it depends on the time of the nap.

If it's a bit earlier than usual time for second nap, then maybe let her sleep longer (eg to her usual WU time from nap).

If it's later though, then maybe just let her have her usual length and then she'd still probably be able to last the shorter A time til BT.

How was BT in the end? What time did you go/are you going for?

Ok thanks. she was out for the count at 18:45 so 3hrs 15mins. However she then woke 30mins later and vomited the wee soul, straight back to sleep.  I'm dreading when she does full days because if she doesn't take a CN in the buggy while they are out and about she will not get a nap until 1:15 and then they need to gout for the school run at 2:35 she will be shattered  :-[

Oh poor thing with the vomiting. Hope she's ok?

That doesn't really leave long in your CM's day for a nap...

Could you ask the CM to be home for a bit longer so your DD can have a longer nap eg 12.30-2.30?

She has to drop off at nursery ar 1pm. She'll not cope on such a short nap.  When it was dd1 all the wee ones were younger so there was no nursery.

that's tricky..

could she nap in a buggy on the way to/from nursery drop-off and then continue to nap at home (in buggy or transferred to a cot)?

Does the CM have any ideas... :-\
