thank you for your suggestion.
yesterday he took a 2 1/2 hr nap at daycare, they let him sleep since he has a a rough couple of days, he took CN on way home and was back to normal last night. NW 1, 4:30, WU: 6:30.
no tooth but can see bud now
I'll suggest the early but 1 long nap to daycare.

Glad things are a bit better hun. Teething pain tends to start before we see anything then all becomes apparent!! And thanks Bec for helping too  :-*
