Broken sleep - full activity time or no?
« on: August 30, 2015, 09:13:52 am »
Hiya

My LO is almost 6 months and is on a 2hr 50min activity time. He has very good naps in general, but this morning he had a broken nap because my eldest was very noisy! He slept for 40 minutes, was awake for 15, and then put himself back to sleep for another 50 minutes. When he was awake, he didn't cry or anything. He was very quiet and content.

My question is : do I give him his full activity time or reduce it?

Thanks!

I would say stick to normal, he's still had a good amount of sleep and wasn't active in the middle. I'd count it as a decent nap, but my DD2 hasnt been the best sleeper so I take what I can get lol. But you could always see how he goes and if he seems a bit tired or cranky just give him a bit less A time.
