Nap 1pm-3:30pm
BT 8pm
Seems like he is doing a little better - his nap was 12:30-3:30, so I shortened that 30 minutes. His BT was 7:30 and I changed that to 8pm so we're gaining an extra 30 minutes of awake time there as well, for a total of 1 hour additional awake time. It's still not perfect, but a little better. If you have any other suggestions to improve thing I would love to hear them!
