HELP 3 month old won't take Bottle!!

Hello! My LO has never taken a bottle. My husband and I have been trying since he was 8 weeks old. We have tried different bottles but he just takes one lick, makes a disgusted face, then starts crying if we attempt to put it in his mouth. We have tried the Born Free, Comotomo, and Tommee Tippee bottles.

Any suggestions? Do some babies just never take a bottle? Should I give up? My concern is when I need to be away from him how will he eat?!
