Hi Everyone,
I have been transitioning my son from the 3 hour routine to 4 hour routine now that he is 4 months old. I'm wondering what I should be doing when he wakes up before it is time for his next bottle... Let's say he's been asleep anywhere from 60-90 minutes but it's only been 3 hours since he ate last. Should I try PU/PD or do an activity until we can get closer to the 4 hour mark? I have been defaulting to playing with him since he doesn't seem to want to go back to sleep but it's throwing off our routine. Thanks in advance!

If you are getting a decent enough nap then Id just get him up. If it was under an hour I attempted to resettle for 10/15 mins then got up as well. And then just hold off the feed. It is ok for your EAS to look a bit more like EAS AEAS for a while until you get through the transition.
