10 months old suddenly fights nap and need help on new schedule!
« on: September 30, 2015, 17:45:31 pm »
My almost 10 months old suddenly fight naps and cry bloody murder everytime I put her in crib. This all started out 5 days ago and last night she started to cry during BT. I think she needs a bit A time bump but our nanny will quit in 2 weeks and I need her to take an earlier afternoon nap in order to pick up her brother from daycare. I trying to have her do a CN in the morning and a close to 2 hr nap in the afternoon and wake up before 3:45. I have a feeling that she does better with a late long morning nap but that would mean she will need to take her 2nd nap in car everyday.

So here is what it was:
E 6:30/7:00 bf
E 7:30 breakfast
S 9:45/10:00 (usually 1.5 hr, sometimes close to 2 hrs if pd closer to 10am)

E 11:45 bf
E 12:00 lunch
E 2:30 2oz bm in sippy
S 3:00/3:30 (usually 1.5 hr. Sometimes nap 1 pass 12:00, nap 2 will be closer to 4pm and wake her before 4:45)

E 5:00 bf
E 5:45 dinner
S 7:45/8:00

Naptime and bedtime was a breeze, usually less than 10 min and can put her down drowsy but awake.

Yesterday
E 6:30 bf
E 7:15 breakfast
S 9:05 feel asleep in stroller, napped til 9:50 (it was an unexpected nap. She hasn't able to nap before 9:45 for a while)

E 10:10 bf
E 11:45 lunch
S 2:05 (after crying for bloody murder for 30 min. Numerous of pupd and finally shush pat to sleep)-4:00

E 4:15 bm
E 5:45 dinner
S 8:00 (started at 7:40, couple pupd and finally shush pat to sleep)

NW 11:10-11:40 cried bloody murder. Same pupd then shush pat to sleep. Then slept til 6am

What time do you need to do the daycare run hun? I'm wondering if it might actually work in your favour having an apop'd CN later on in the car? As the A time increases there is less time to fit in the naps so we naturally have to cap one of the naps to fit everything into the day. We tried to the CN in the car during the 2-1 transition too xx

From 2 to 1 nap transition (10-12m and older)
