14 months and waking frequently at night
« on: October 04, 2015, 16:25:51 pm »
Little one is 14 months and goes to daycare. They are very structured there 1 nap a day from 12pm-3pm. Some days she naps 1hr 20.... Sometimes 2 hrs. At night time she has starting to wake a lot at night... She is cutting her bottom molers so I know that is causing some pain and I know when she wakes during the night and takes her a long time to settle she is hungry ( always a tell tail sign with her) so we've given her a bottle at nighttime if she wakes along with Tylenol etc. some days I just feed her at 7 and the. Again at 10 or before I go to bed and sometimes I just wait for her to wake then feed her. I'm not sure what to do... I know a few nights ago she woke at 4am.... We tried not to feed her then at 4:45 she was crying... We feed her and then by 5:30 she was ready to start the day... Needless to say she had a very early nap that day (2hrs) and a cap nap in the afternoon.(30mins) she usually only gets one nap a day and can sleep anywhere from 1:45/3hrs. Her easy is as follows
Wake 6:00/6:30
Eat small snack at 6:45
Eat Breakfast at 8:45
Eat lunch at 11:45
Sleep at 12-1:45
Eat 3pm
Eat 5:30pm
Bath 6pm
Bottle and sleep by 7pm
She is a good water at daycare as well ... Any suggestions?
