I'm thinking if 3hrs. A worked well for you before, it might be better to go back to that? Wdyt? It could well be she's ready for more A time rather than less. They do like to increase it pretty rapidly from now on in.
As it's not so much of an extension I'd go straight away to 3hrs and hold it for at least a few days and see what happens. UT, I think causes more issues than OT and if she does wake early from the nap it should be easier to resettle considering we've increase the A times. Do you want to try and let me know how it goes? I'm expecting once she gets used to the new. A times again, it'll be time for yet another increase, but let's see how we go xx
