4,50 wake up call for the past 12 days
« on: October 29, 2015, 06:38:45 am »
Hi, I have a 1.5 & a 3.5 year old. For the past 12 days my eldest
Has been getting up at 4.45. I think he needs the toilet but he literally won't go back to sleep after he has been which then wakes my 1.5 year old 🙈

I have kept his bedtime the same usually around 7.15 but it's not changing. I have tried a slightly later sleep and I've tried putting him to bed at 6.45. He doesn't nap during the day anymore. Amy ideas what I should do? Would it be worth giving him some really really late nights like 9.30-10 if I can get him to that though?
Love my boys very much xxx

(((hugs))) that's sounds annoying

just giving you a bump as not too sure what to suggest.

sounds like it could be habit though (i.e. if later BT doesn't change it).  I guess a later BT could be worth a try or you could try W2S as another option?

Maybe some one else has another idea though.

Do you use a gro clock/lights on a timer or similar?  Does he share a room with your younger LO?
