I should also note that a 12/12.30 nap time would work much better for us.  Do I just put her down at that time and cap her nap? To what length..?

Yes I had this problem too. It's too much sleep during the day. You think you've cracked it because they're finally taking good naps then bam, start playing around at BT  ::)

I would cap the nap at 2hrs. Pd at 12.15/12.30 as she's obviously happy to go that long. Then wake at 2.30pm latest. That should get you to a 7pm BT. You didn't mention what time wu in the morning is now, is that better?

I would start there and see how it goes. It might need tweaking ever so slightly here and there wrt to BT but I think if we hold this for a week it'll help. Fancy giving it a go and reporting back?

Well done on getting through it though, one nap is much better isn't it?  :) xx

Yes I'd definitely stick with a 7pm BT then as that'll give you a 13-hr day. Keep me posted xx

Gah, Kelly.   Not sure why, but no matter what, we are having EW at 5.30.  Sometimes I can feed her back to sleep.  Last night she sleep through to 5.30pm (yay), so I thought she'd probably be too hungry re settle  on her own.  Is that right?  She mostly wakes once a night for a feed, anymore than that I expect her to resettle.  It doesn't seem to matter how much day sleep she has, she wakes at 5/5.30 every day.

Common schedule:
5.30 wake up, feed and doze with mummy.  Awake by 6.30 but grumpy
12.30pm - nap usually about 2hrs
7.30 - goes to sleep beautifully between 7-7.30 depending on her day nap length.
Usually wakes once for a feed.

Any ideas this EW would be happening?

To add to this, LO has been tired and grumpy for a few days.  I think I'll move the day nap slightly earlier today and see if she'll nap longer without it affecting her night sleep to much.  I'll put her down at 12.  She is just soooo tired today.
