Hi, just trying this for my 9 week old who refuses to daytime nap unless out in car/pram. We have stayed home today to try it. She is sleeping longer at night which I am pleased with but in the day she gets so overtired and grumpy. I want my happy baby back!!
My question is once settled, if she wakes a short time later, say 15-20 mins which she tends to do when napping, but isn't crying, do I leave her to cry and start pu/pd again? How long is an acceptable nap for a 9 week old, sorry ftm and struggling with this.
She is fed 3 1/2 to 4 hourly. I tried to introduce 3 hourly feeds to do the easy routine but she refused to feed and it was terrible.
