For the last 2 days lo has had her normal morning nap of about 2 hours, but then we have been out and about so she has cat napped on the go in the car and pram. She was quite ot and grumpy last evening so I did ebt.
She slept well overnight. Usual wake up at 7am.
My question is, she has napped 2 good long naps so far today, is she catching up?
Just worrying that she may struggle to go down tonight if I've left her to sleep too long today??!!
We've got family over later and I'm worrying about the possible disruption
Both naps have been just over 2 hours long. She's on a four hourly 4 feed routine and is 16 weeks old.
