There's a lot to read through but everyone's BTDT experience and practical tips really helped me.

Thanks, she's napped ok today and been very pleasant, had her normal long morning nap in her own bed, then 2 shorter nap with me, bedtime however was a different story!! Tried earlier cos she's always rubbing her eyes but tonight was horrific, she was sick, came down her nose. Hysteria followed took over an hour to settle her!
Think I may need something to help me sleep tonight!! Anxiety overload.  :'(

Oh hon  :(  It's hard when naps go sideways AND baby's sick, nothing seems to work.  Couple that with PPD and I'm sure it all seems like too much.  Try your best to start fresh in the morning and do seek out the PPD boards, those ladies are so wonderfully helpful.  I'll keep help you however I can with naps.  :-*
