Sudden early waking
« on: January 30, 2016, 11:38:29 am »
We've been great, following Easy. Suddenly our 10 month old is waking at 615 instead of 7-8. Does she need less nap? She does want to eat immediately in the AM, so more solids before bed instead of milk? This has been our easy for months, the except now the early wake, and we have reduced her milk quantities and give her more solids.
Wake: 615 (before 7-8)
E: 7 am: nurse
A
E
A 8/830: solids
S 945/10-11
E 11:15: 2oz milk
A
E 1230
A
S 230-350
E 4 4oz
A
E 6pm solids
7split feed 4 oz
A bath
E 8 6oz
S 815
Waking 615

* we wake her from naps at 11 and 350 because we found when she was sleeping 90minutes at each she was waking earlier too. But now, months later, she's waking earlier again on the shorter naps

Hi there, and welcome to the 2-1 nap transition :) No, I'm not necessarily saying she needs to be on one nap right now, but I definitely think it's time to start heading in that direction - have a read of this and see what you think? From 2 to 1 nap transition (10-12m and older)
