Great resource for FODMAP diet
« on: January 26, 2016, 20:38:50 pm »
I don't know if this is the right place to put this but I have found this useful page for those on the FODMAP diet. https://m.facebook.com/fodifyfoods/

We don't have to stick to it religiously but the dietician has recommended we use a low FODMAP diet for my eldest to help his bowels.

I hope others find it helpful.

Thanks Ali, I didn't realise that diet could be a contributor to C's issues. Hope it works for you x

Thanks. I'm not sure it does help really as I find it hard to remember which foods to avoid.
