When they outgrow the 45 minute intruder, does the morning nap go better before the afternoon? 
Just looking for light at the end of the tunnel! Lol
Yes!!! That is how you loose the other nap at 1yo (average) the first one gets longer and the other gets pushed down :)

I am so sorry you feel that way:(
Let's try something else.
Tomorrow, write down whatever happens for me: times, how did you put her down, when you noticed first signs of tiredness.
We will be more up to date and maybe someone else will look at it too :)

Oh you're not, believe me:)

I will be honest with you, I think I would go with what you have. Of course try to resettle during these 45 min naps, but she still has almost 4h of daysleep and it's pretty decent. I know it's difficult seeing her tired and not playful, but you are offering her sleep.

Your easy looks really good. Maybe someone else will spot something I don't see. Sorry for that:(
