4 month old wake up at 4am and every 30 min.

Hi everyone! I have a 4 month girl that started sleeping through the night one week ago..or so I thought.
It's now 4 days that she wakes up around 4am, scream for her paci and then go back to sleep...and so on every 30 min until her day start at 7. What is this? Growth spurt?
She is on a 3/3.30h EASY
E 7
A
S 8.30/9
E 10/10.30
A
S11.30/12
E 13.30/14
A
S 15.30
E 17
A
S (not always) 18.30 (for just 30 min)
E 19.30/20
S 20.30/21

I think she may be ready to drop the 4th nap. Am I correct in assuming that she sleeps until E or are her  naps shorter than that?

Hi Lily, thank for helping. Yeah, we ae moving to a 4 hrs EASY now, but, after 2 nights of peace, we are back to square one.  She wakes up at 4 and it's very difficult to put her back to sleep. 
Tonight after 1 hr we changed the diaper because we thought she was full... but it wss just a lot of pee. So maybe she was cold because of that. We are thinking about changing diaper brand and see if it makes the difference.

Oh, I forgot ! She was always a bad napper ( 30/40 min top) but now that side I s getting better.

Have you tried feeding her at the 4am wake up? A diaper change and a feed may be what she needs to get back to sleep. It's normal for LOs to have a NF or 2 at that age, especially if they are breast-fed.

We'll try from tomorrow.  She's not breastfed anymore :( And she started sleeping the whole night the moment I started with formul (until she didn't :D ). I think she eats very little during her DF and even the meal before she usually skip the nap and she's too tired to eat properly. So she gets no more than 2-3 oz: no wonder she is hungry at 4 :)
I will keep track of how much she eats before going to sleep and if she wakes at night or not :)

My first thought was hunger too, especially if she continues to wake every 30 mins after her 4am NW that's usually a pretty good indication.  I agree and I would try to do a feed and right back to bed and I imagine she'll settle just fine :)
