wake from nap?
« on: March 10, 2016, 08:15:40 am »
My 11 week old is on a 3 hour easy...Seems like she can go 3 hours between feeding during the daytime.  My question is if she is still asleep beyond the 1.5 hours, do I wake her to keep her on schedule?  I am sure this info is somewhere but I don't know where/how to look.  Thanks!

When my boys were that young, I let them sleep for 2-2.5 hrs.  They're still so young and they do all their best growing while sleeping.

I used to let my daughter sleep for up to 3 hours at that age. She still slept well at night even with long naps.

ok.  thank you!  so i stick to the e.a.s.y. order of events and let her feed every three hours if that is what she needs, but her A time might be shorter and S time longer??

Yup!  I fed my boys when they woke from sleeping.  Sometimes it was a 3hr EASY, sometimes 4 but they were just fine and have always been amazing sleepers.
