Trouble in having my 4 months baby have daily naps
« on: March 30, 2016, 14:35:24 pm »
Hi. I have a 4 months old baby who is very active and curious. i guess also at the beginning i did not realize very much about the signals when he was tired. Plus he first refused the crib...anyways...now we kind of applied Ferber's method and up to now nights are much better but during the day he refuses to sleep.
After struggling a lot he sleeps a little bit in the morning (in our bed NOT in the crib) but hardly sleeps in the afternoon and never more that 45 minutes/one hour.
With the result that at 5pm he is already so tired that cries etc.
Anyone help me? :(
thanks in advance
Raquel

Hi there and welcome to BW!  Just to start off I do need to let you know that we do not support CIO or CC in any manner.  This community is about finding gentle, supportive methods to help your baby learn independent sleep.  If you're ready to hop on board, we are ready to help!
It would be great if you could post your EASY as often that is the quickest way to fix many napping problems in little ones.
