Hi, my DD wakes 30 mins into most naps. Very occasionally she doesn't and occasionally she only makes a peep but when she does seem to wake she can often settle herself back to sleep after a little mantra crying. There are times when it escalates however, and I have to intervene. I am not sure if her wakings are habitual if she can self soothe quite often, in which case should I try wake to sleep where I rouse her shortly before 30 mins rather than going in and patting her through the 30 minute mark? I really don't want to mess with her ability to self soothe, she also goes down very easily and falls asleep independently.
