Cot party at 4am
« on: April 30, 2016, 07:02:11 am »
Dd is a week off six months, what should my routine look like when I have to wake and do the school run at 2.50? I am trying to drop the catnap but can never transfer her from
Cot to car at this time! Any help appreciated x

What does it currently look like? Can you train her to transfer and stay asleep? Can you go to school early then do a pram nap while you get a walk?

Is your title right?

Yes sorry at the moment she is having a catnap but I think it's to late as she is.waking and chatting in the early hours but there is no way she will last from that time until bedtime. Can't go earlier as have to.pick ups to.do at two different places. Was thinking literally a 15min catnap or earlier bedtime?

Ok, so early morning long happy chatty wakings are from too little A time first up in the morning - very little to do with catnap or not at the end of the day.

Average A time at this age is 2:45 to 3hr.
