S 8-8:45ish nap
E 10 bottle
E 10:30 solids
A 11 play
S 12-12:45ish nap
E 2 bottle
E 2:30 solids
A 3 play
S 4-4:30ish nap
E 6 nurse
E 6:30 solids
S 7-7:30 bedtime
10 dreamfeed

Hi there and welcome to the forums!

Does your LO go to sleep independently?

Yes I would say time for a little more A time at the start of the day, and a move towards 2 naps, though not all at once!  You're in a bit of an UT/OT loop at the moment with LO being UT at the start of the day, then probably OT by the end because of long A times and short naps.  Typical A time at this age is more like 3 hours, so what I would suggest is to start with the first A time and add 15 mins (in a younger baby I'd say less but you have a way to go!) and see what that brings.  Then work gradually over a couple of weeks to a two nap routine :)  You may end up needing to move bedtime a touch earlier while LO adjusts.

Did you see the FAQ here?  All about the 3-2 transition- 5/6 months :)

Thank you! She's good at going to sleep independently. She's a thumb sucker, so she's good at selfsoothing. She's also a great night time sleeper. So would the new schedule look like this?
6 wake, nurse
9 sleep
10:30 wake, bottle
11 solids
1:30 sleep
3 wake, bottle
3:30 solids
6:30-7 bedtime

Something like that, though you may find that last A time a bit too long and need to move BT earlier for a bit with a 6am start :)

So 6:00 bedtime. Thanks  :)

Can I drop the df and do the 3-2 transition at the same time? That seems like a lot. If not, which would be better to implement first?

I believe Tracy's advice was to drop the dream feed around 8 months once fully established on solids, so I'd probably be tempted to get through the 3-2 and then go for it then :)
