7 mo night feedings
« on: June 06, 2016, 18:24:31 pm »
Hello ladies,
My 7mo, EBF is still waking up between 1-3 times per night and she bf at least twice to settle down.
She just eats and gets back to sleep immediately.
Is it normal for her age?
Do I need to be more persistent on not giving her the breast?
I don't have longer stretches of sleep, normally 4h and I wouldn't mind finally starting to get more sleep at night so any ideas are more than welcome.
She has two to three naps during the day. I recently prolonged her A times to 3h. Her AM nap is usually about 3h after she wakes up and that's normally around 6Am. She naps between 45 min and 2 h.
To be honest giving her the breast at night is the easier choice and I wonder if it's not my fault she isn't sleeping trough the night. My latest excuse was the teething which I believe is valid. She is calm now, no crying.

Kind regards,
Kat
