3 year old habitual morning wakeup
« on: June 24, 2016, 11:35:25 am »
How can I fix this? He wakes at 6:50am on the dot every morning. It's not too early so I don't mind the time he wakes but he's been going to bed later and still waking that early.

I've tired cutting his nap short, longer A, shorter A time, no nap, long nap. Still wakes at that time. I don't want to try wake to sleep because I feel he's too old for that and would be up and ready to play once he woke some.

Any ideas??

Maybe it's just his body clock, what time is BT?

I agree probably just body clock, but if BT is getting later then I would cut the nap back and hold for a few days, you wouldn't likely see a change in BT until it's been a few days.
