15 week old awake every hour at night

My little has reflux and she's  a bad sleeper. She's on medication  and at this stage  We arenot  sure why she's so restless  at night time. She has 5 feeds a day of 5 ounces. She is  not able for anymore and we have never dream fed  as she spews and gets trapped wind.
Her last feed is  9 pm. She doesnt look for a bottle but us restless  and wakes up nearly every hour. She might sleep in a deep sleep for the first hour  or two.
I'm worn  out. She has  a doodie and I give it to her when she wakes but she often spits it out
She of course loves  sleeping  in the car seat.
She will only nap for  45 minutes  at a time. Can  anyone please help  me. .I'm wrecked.

She sounds like her reflux isn't properly controlled.....what meds is she on and have they been adjusted recently for her weight?  Some of them are extremely weight-sensitive.  Does she have any other symptoms e.g. problems with gas/poops?  Is she growing ok?  (((Hugs))), must be totally exhausting :(

She's on neocate formula and 5 my losec.
We were on zantac then zoton. Dr moved us to losec lady week. Poops ok. Very windy baby.
Have tried everything at this stage.

What's her weight?  Looking at the BNF for Children there is quite a big dose range.  I believe sometimes it can take a good couple of weeks before you start seeing an effect too.  Have you seen our reflux board?  Colic, Reflux, & Crying There is a lot of info there including about meds and about sleep and the reflux baby.  Some very friendly Mums too who have been through it and might be able to offer you some other things to think about - would you like me to move this post over there for you and flag it up?
