Hi everyone! I need help regarding early wake ups. My daughter recently been refusing her catnap for over a week now. I'm trying to do my best and put her to bed early but she fights bedtime until her usual time (7:00-7:15) even if I put her down around 6 or 6:30. So ends up begin awake for up to 4 hours (instead of her usual 2.5) before she's finally asleep for the night. And then it leads us to 4:30 wake ups. If I offer the paci she will fall back asleep until 6/6:30.

She used to do a night from 7:00 to 7:00/7:30 without waking up at all. Any advice on how we could get back to this?

Ok so here is how the last couple of days went. I have to say we need to do daycare run for my eldest around 9 and 3 or 4. SO she often falls asleep in the car even if it's not time for sleep lol

You know what? lately she's been doing good! I think she was adjusting herself. You can close this thread i'll start another if it's persisting! :)
