Ill baby only wants to nurse to sleep?

My 13 month old who is in the process of weaning off BF has a high fever. Went to the doctor and basically waiting it out as he is suspected of having the Roseola Virus. All that to say that he is very uncomfortable, low appetite, and nursing more. He only wants to nurse to sleep however. I don't mind as he needs rest and comfort. He is also teething canines so overall the little guy is plain miserable. Will this cause and issue when he's better?

It might but while he's ill I'd just go with it for now and worry about weaning when he's better.

Ok I figured it might be ok or it may be an adjustment. Turns out he was cutting his lower lateral incisors as one popped through today. Usually he nurses more when he's cutting and ill. He seems to be feeling better with the fever so hopefully we can get back on track with weaning within a couple of days.

So it turns out he had Roseola and he cut a lower lateral incisor, and now is close to cutting molars. Did anyone find that all they want to do is nurse?

DS wants to nurse constantly. Of course, I was almost done weaning off BF lol

With all the illness and teething, he still just wants to nurse, even to sleep which he has never really done. What do I do?

I'd just nurse him and worry about it later. All bets are off when they're ill.
