Nearly 1y habitual wakings
« on: July 27, 2016, 18:22:39 pm »
Just wondering what makes my nearly one year old wake up every night?
Every evening, about 1-3hours after going to bed, she wakes up crying. In the past she would fuss and then go back to sleep. Now, however, I will find her sitting up, standing, or rolling around and can't seem to go back to sleep. I try really hard to interact as little as possible with her, mostly just checking the room temperature or that she's not stuck.
Anyway, her 2.5year old brother sleeps in his crib across from her and will often wake from her wailing.
What can it be?
She has also taken to waking once or twice more throughout the night these last weeks. I don't see any new teeth, so I'm not sure what it is.
Sometimes I wonder if I should move her back out of the room though they've been sharing it for the past four months now?

Hi there- is there a way you can post her routine in easy format?

I realized when my LO did this he needed a push in A time or it could also be OT by bedtime. Seeing your routine might help see what is going on, possibly?

From her standing and rolling around, sounds like she might not be tired at BT.
Let us know :D

Hugs :)
