I'd count WU as 6am otherwise you could see yourself with too much "day" and having to do EBT instead of 6.30 and continue to see 5.30 WUs.

have a good day, if things go a bit off track today because you hare busy uniform shopping, don't panic and just back on track tomorrow :)

in bed for about 6.15pm only woke once and woke up at 5.40am
I think this is to be expected, it's 11.5hr night which is a good night.  You really need the naps spread across the day and long enough A times to produce long naps so that BT can come later enough for that 11.5hr night to be at a reasonable time.

Good luck!

Yeh I agree he does great at night so the first nap he only napped 40 mins wouldn't go back of so that messaged the day up he he stayed awake the full 3 hours for the one but was falling to sleep on my lap I couldn't keep him up any longer he slept 45 mins I had to give him a cuddle he went back down and slept another hour he didn't nap again then tho and was over tired come bed time because it had been 4 hours since his nap
Will try again tomorrow the shorter naps throw my day if he's won't go bk of X

He woke at 5.40am we went down stairs at 6am
His first nap was at 8.55 I think it was my other two boys that woke him up tho as they were being quite loud monkeys ! They were out with daddy when he had his second nap and that was a good nap X

OK :)
Looks like your day was something like this:
WU 5.40
A 3hr 15
S 8.55 - 9.35
A 3hr
S 12.35 - 1.20, 1.30 ish - 2.30
A 4h
BT 6.30

Tomorrow I suggest you really try to get to the first nap time of 9.15am even if it means longer than 3hr 15 A time from WU.  I know it seems like a long A time especially if he wakes earlier than 6am but he will be more likely to nap better (and be easier to resettle if he does wake) and even if he gets a bit OT from a long first A time it will help establish this routine.  Getting to the end of the day with a 4hr A time before BT is less helpful than having a very long first A time.
Here's the routine:
WU 6.00 or earlier
nap 9.15 - 10.45
nap 2 - 3.30
BT 6.30pm

Good luck! :)

Thank you well he slept great last night slept til 3.30am bottle bk down he woke at 5.30am I lay him with me as I've been doing this to get us till 6 so we don't have to go down so early and surprisingly he went right back to sleep til 6.25am I don't no if I'm doing the wrong thing tho by letting him lie with me ? I refused point blank to get my last baby in with me and baby number one use to sleep with me I didn't want that for baby 2 Cruz sleeps all night in his cot tho and I only lay him with me so he doesn't wake his brother up but I don't no if maybe I should just get right up with him but I like the day starting that bit later lol.

So today we got up at 6.25am I no the day should start at 6 for a 6.30 bedtime but I was so tired I fell back asleep with him.
So what time should his first nap be now the 3 hours 15? 9.40am ? X

I'm not surprised you fell back asleep - I would have too! :)

Yes 3hr 15, 9.40am for nap. Full nap.  Full A time.  You have a little bit of leeway today with getting up later, if one of the naps is not so long you can probably still make it to BT on a reasonable A time.  I'd aim for 6.30 BT to get the consistency back.  Depending how naps have gone in the day this might involve waking him at 3.30pm to maintain BT. (if naps are rubbish and he really really needs to sleep past 3.30 then I'd suggest waking at 4 and try for 6.30/7pm BT).

Have a good day :)

I'm jealous of that 6.25 wake up and lay in  :)

Agree with creations keep on pushing, we turned 7 months yesterday and are pushing to 3.10 as he's popping a short nap in here and there.

And although I don't like my kids in bed with me sometimes needs must and it's nice for cuddles sometimes.

Have a great day x
