Thrush and sterilizing toys

DS2 and I certainly have a yeast infection. I've read the FAQ and a few posts.
Didn't realize it could live dry and "reanimate' when moistened again... how to clean soft chew toys he's been at since having the yeast infection? Iron them maybe!?
thanks.

Sorry your post was missed.
Are the toys fabric? Can they be washed in hot, soapy water or sterilizing solution?

My MW told me to boil anything that may have been even affected by thrush. She said normal sterilizing doesn't kill the spores.
