8month sleep aggression?
« on: November 13, 2016, 18:00:14 pm »
Hi my baby is 8 month and his first teeth is about to come out.
I did PUPD sleep training and it was successful until now.
Because daylight saving time changed he wakes up at 6am
And his schedule was9am 1st nap 12pm 2nd nap 4pm 3rdnap 7:30pm bedtine...and now his schedule is all messed up
He is fighting 4pm nap. And wakes up middle of the night and won't sleep. He woke up at 3am last night and it took me 2hours to put him to bed with PUPD. Before, it took me 5-10min but now it takes forever.
Also, all of the sudden he won't let me put him on his back.. so I started PUPD again...😢😢😢

Teething? Sleep regression? Daylight saving time messing him up?
I am so frustrated 😥😥

Should i change his nap times 3 to 2?
And what time should I put him down for his nap?

Hi there I think you prob need to go to 2 naps that late nap could be stealing from night sleep and if he's UT no amount of pu/pd will work until he's tired again.
What time is morning WU?

Yes I definitely think your LO should be on 2 naps. Activity time is generally 3-3.5 hours for this age. First nap about that amount from waking. Slowly push A time longer and longer 10-15 min at a time until you have 2 naps a day.
