How much daytime sleep for 13 month old?
« on: November 20, 2016, 18:16:29 pm »
How long should my 13 month old be awake through the day? She has a one hour nap 9-10 and an hour and a half sometimes 2 hours in the afternoon 1.30 - 3pm ish.  Is this too much for her age now? I don't let her sleep past 3.15 and she normally goes to bed between 6.30 and 7pm.  She will go to sleep relatively easy, will wake once or twice in the night but sleeps till 6.30-7am. Is she getting too much sleep?

If the NWs are not long or not a problem then I'd say everything is fine - things only need changing when they're not fine.
