I track everything anyway lol... Here is the last couple days:

wednesday
7.15 - 6oz
Nap- 8.50-9.20. 30mins
10- 7oz
Nap- 10.40-11.20. 40mins
1.15- 6oz
Nap- 1.45- 2.45. 1hour
4- 6oz
Nap- 4.45-5.15. 30mins
6.50- 6oz
Total 31oz

Thursday
7.10- 5oz
Nap- 8.50-9.30. 40min
10- 6oz
Nap- 11.10-12.10. 1hr
1- 6oz
Nap- 2-25mins
4- 6oz
Nap- 5.20-5.40. 20mins
7- 7oz

Friday
7.15- 5oz
Nap- 8.50-9.35. 45mins
10.10- 6oz
Nap- 11.40- 12.50. 1hr10
1- 7oz
Nap- 2.35- 3.15. 40mins
4/4.45- 3oz (very fussy)
Nap- 4.50-5.25.

Also the last 2 days she has been extremely fussy during feeds and at first won't take it, or after a burp halfway through it take a lot of coaxing to get her to have some more... She arches her back, cries.. But eventually takes it so I don't know why at first she bats it away.

Thank you again for your help xx

Looks like the A time is too short. Remember at this age you are looking at 2hrs awake/activity time between sleeps.  Time from morning WU to first nap, from end of first nap to next nap and so on.  In these EASY samples I see an A time as short as 1hr 20 which is very short for this age and likely to leave her UT and unable to sleep properly.

I think you said you were going to aim for 3.5hrly E, if she is not interested in her milk at 3hrs you can take her to 3.5hrs.

I would suggest watching the clock for a few days, give her a 2hr A time between every sleep and increase E to 3hr 15 or 3hr 30 ...this is the time most LOs stretch their E time to 4hrs, a few babies don't stretch but that would be obvious by her clamouring for the milk rather than being disinterested.

Over the next month her A time is likely to increase to 2hrs 30, so I wouldn't delay on this increase to 2hrs now, it means you can increase again in a few weeks to 2hr 30 and then to 3hrs around 6 months.  The A times stretch quite a lot.

Hope this helps :)

Hey we have finally established a 4 hour feeding routine which is great! Baby was fussing at her bottle so we waited until she was hungry and now she's feeding 7,11,3 and 7. Trouble is she sleeps till 3am ish and then is in such a light sleep until she wakes at 6.30-7am. Is this a form of early waking? She sleeps with a dummy.

Here is a breakdown of our day:

7am - 7/8oz bottle
Nap- 9am, 30mins
11am- 8oz bottle
Nap- 11.30 for 1-2 hours
2pm solids
3pm - 8oz bottle
Nap- between 3-4 for 30-40 mins
645- 8/9oz bottle and bed

Because her naps are so short I struggle to push them later....
She seems to be really ready for 1130 one and 3ish one,

Any advice you could give would be amazing. I want a
Full
Night sleep :( zz

Those milk timings are perfect!

I would increase the first A time to 2hrs 15 (keep it there for a few days then perhaps increase again to 2hrs 30) and try to extend the first nap. The reason she will be very ready for the 11.30am nap is because she is only getting 30 mins sleep for her first nap.  Even putting her down at 9.30am still gives time for 1.5hr sleep before the milk feed is due.

Don't forget her next nap will come later as you will time another 2hr 15 from the end of the first nap.

Tweaking the day routine might help with the night. She might also be reliant on the dummy though.  Does she have a night feed?

Thank you... She sometimes has milk feeds a little early (say 15 mins) but I'm so pleased she's finally in a 4 hour routine! Makes life so much easier.

Ok great will try extending it. She woke at 7.15 today, so will put her down at 9.30 and see How we go.

She is very reliant on her dummy yeah... She has been teething too so think that's why she wakes ALOT... Last night she woke at 9,12.30,4.30 and 5.30. She doesn't have a bottle in the night as has a lot to drink in the day and also 9oz before bed.

Will let you know how it goes. Thanks for your help xx

11- bottle
Nap- 12/12.30- 1hour

Looks good :)
You are probably moving towards the 3-2 nap drop now. So those A times will lengthen a bit, the nap will lengthen to 1.5hrs and these two things help to space the 2 naps out so that the CN is dropped.  something like:
WU 6.30
A 3
S 9.30 - 11
A 3
S 2 - 3..30
A 3
BT 6.30 (BT comes a bit earlier to account for the A time and CN drop)
