2 months- hard to fall asleep for the night!
« on: January 15, 2017, 03:19:18 am »
Hi,
My 2 months old baby have so much difficulty to fall asleep for his night!

I started to do the EASY for two weeks now... When it is time to put him to sleep, I swaddle him and do the shush-pat method. For the morning nap, it's ok (it takes about 5 to 10 minutes). For the nap after that, it takes 20 to 30 minutes. For the third nap, it takes 30 minutes for sure! Sometimes, he doesn't do the catnap in the evening (because he won't sleep...),and for the night, its almost impossible to make him sleep.. Sometimes, he is up from 5PM to 10PM...But, he sleeps until 6 or 7 AM...

I think he have so much trouble falling asleep because he is too tired..

I need tips to help me help my baby fall asleep... !

Thank you!!!

Hi there, welcome to the boards!
Sounds as if he's getting more and more tired as the day is going on.  Can you post what a typical day would look like in terms of eating times, awake time, sleep time?  Is he getting overstimulated at all or are things fairly low key?
