EW I don't know how to fix this
« on: February 01, 2017, 07:05:10 am »
My girl is nearly 11 mo. She is in the 2-1 transition and most of the days she naps 1 time. Last week she started walking.
She has always been a good sleeper BT 20 WU 7.15/7.25
It's 10 days that she
WU at 6.30
sleeps for 2 hours from 12to14
BT 20
I can't interrupt this circle I don't know how to do it.
She sleeps too early at 12. If I put her in bed at 13 she is too tired and she sleeps only 1 hour and we are still at 14....
I think she should sleep from 13 to 15 but I don't know how to do it.
Anyone can help?

I think you need to put her to bed earlier :)  The morning looks pretty good and a 12-14 nap is perfect from a 6.30 WU, but then the stretch from 14-20 is too long.  I suspect if you get her down earlier (I would try 6.30-7pm) then she will sleep a longer night for you, and then you can work on pushing the whole routine later in 15 minute increments until you get to a WU and BT that suits you x

It is always a fight is these days to put her to bed! She moves and moves and moves in bed and also in my arms..
Here there are her last days:

S 10.35- 10.50
S 12.52-15.10
BT 20.40
WU 6.40

S 12.55-14.25
BT 20.20
WU 6.30

S 12.00- 12.50
S 15.40- 16
BT 19.45
WU 7.25

S 12.50- 14.05
BT 19.30
WU 6

We are no more in a regular routine. ..
I don't know if it is because she is starting walking alone or maybe teeth.. I feel as I am in a big confusion right now😦
I'm also trying to put her in my bed when she wakes up, but nothing, she doesn't want to sleep anymore

An unsettled routine is common around transition, however I do still think you are keeping her up too long.  Many LOs have a much earlier nap in the early stages, as early as 11.30am, and often with a much earlier bedtime.  If you want to try to keep consistency of a 12.30 nap I'd be tempted to head out for a walk in the stroller around 9.30 and let her have a 15-20 min catnap if she wants one to get her through to the main nap without being overtired.  She may well have a longer nap for you that way - the way that she did on the first day you posted above :). The 50-90 minute naps you are getting are often OT naps once on one nap.  I would also try for a shorter afternoon, maximum 5h A time.  The day where she had a second nap and so a shorter A time before bed she slept much better at night :)

Is she an independent sleeper?

Thank you!
Yes she is an indipendent sleeper.
It is not a problem at what ime she wants to sleep during the day. I just need BT to be at 20 with WU at 7.30/ 8 as she has always done...

I get that but most LOs need an earlier bedtime for a while when dropping a nap.  I'm not suggesting an early bedtime forever, whatever time works with your family is fine long term!  But she's waking early, most likely through over tiredness - putting her to bed earlier may just get her more rested (often earlier bedtime = longer night sleep) and then you will be in a better position to get the day back to where you want it to be :)
