An unsettled routine is common around transition, however I do still think you are keeping her up too long. Many LOs have a much earlier nap in the early stages, as early as 11.30am, and often with a much earlier bedtime. If you want to try to keep consistency of a 12.30 nap I'd be tempted to head out for a walk in the stroller around 9.30 and let her have a 15-20 min catnap if she wants one to get her through to the main nap without being overtired. She may well have a longer nap for you that way - the way that she did on the first day you posted above
. The 50-90 minute naps you are getting are often OT naps once on one nap. I would also try for a shorter afternoon, maximum 5h A time. The day where she had a second nap and so a shorter A time before bed she slept much better at night
Is she an independent sleeper?
