I wrote a topic a few hours ago, and this is a different question, so different thread.
So my daughter has been struggling with naps/nw/ew for the past few weeks. We are trying to get her back on track, but I don't know how to break this overtired cycle and it's getting worse. I know how to compensate within the day, but when she's waking out of a nap early, do I try another nap? How long? If she doesn't 2nd nap and goes to bed early, but still has nw or ew, how early do I cut "A" time??? Or do u at all?
